Football Training

Sadly as usual, I didn't get to do too much of the joint KDU - Ramblers training at Penang Free School although I did the physical (press ups, sit ups, burpees) and sprint work (5 - 30m). It took its toll on me too - I got abdominal cramp whilst stretching my hamstrings at night! Obviously I haven't been to the gym for a while!!
